It all started as an ideation session and presentation at a company off-site. Because it was so vision-oriented there was no prioritization available on the roadmap. Enter company-wide Hackathon. The perfect incubator!
In a matter of days, I collaborated with engineers to ground my vision in current Pendo functionality and design system. I was so proud of the teams work, and it was an award winner, too! C-suite was so impressed, they prioritized it straight into production, and to say customers were WOWed is an understatement. Glad to have lead the charge in bringing AI to the Pendo product!
